You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use aa66. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet both requirements. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing this platform.
Each individual may hold only one active aa66 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balances. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in permanent closure.
Deposits are processed via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are processed within 1–24 hours.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games are specified per promotion. Bonus abuse or multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses will result in account suspension.
Money laundering, match-fixing, use of automated bots, VPN circumvention, fraud, and any collusion with other players are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

2.1 By accessing aa66, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and aa66 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
2.3 aa66 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with aa66's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with aa66.
3.1 To register and use aa66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
3.2 aa66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.
4.1 Each individual may hold only one Account on aa66. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names or details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
4.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, aa66 requires you to complete identity verification by submitting:
4.4 KYC verification is typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours. Accounts that do not complete KYC within 30 days of their first deposit will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
4.5 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. aa66 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that result from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify aa66 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.6 Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
5.1 All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via an approved payment method. aa66 currently accepts deposits via the following methods:
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although aa66 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding Rp 50,000,000 per transaction or Rp 200,000,000 per calendar month.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. aa66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or public holidays observed by Indonesian financial institutions.
5.4 All funds deposited into aa66 must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and refund of the deposit to its origin account.
5.5 aa66 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which aa66 bears no responsibility.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the name on your aa66 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit is Rp 50,000,000. Players wishing to withdraw amounts in excess of this limit must submit multiple requests or contact customer support to arrange a higher-limit transfer.
6.3 Withdrawals are processed within the following target timeframes, subject to completion of KYC verification:
6.4 Before any withdrawal is approved, your Account must have completed KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is finalised.
6.5 aa66 may delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match-fixing involvement, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, aa66 will notify you of the hold and, where legally permissible, the reason for it.
6.6 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Only the real-money portion of your balance that exceeds unfulfilled wagering obligations is available for withdrawal at any given time.
6.7 aa66 reserves the right to void any bets placed using funds that were deposited fraudulently or through a chargeback, and to recover any winnings derived from such bets.
7.1 aa66 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Lebaran, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other technique that aa66 reasonably determines constitutes abuse will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure. aa66's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.
7.4 aa66 reserves the right to withhold bonus credits or cancel a promotion at its sole discretion if it suspects that a User does not qualify, has provided false information, or has previously abused aa66 promotions.
8.1 All bets placed on aa66 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product or market. Product-specific rules are published within each relevant game or betting section of the platform.
8.2 Sports Betting. aa66 offers betting markets on domestic and international football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and FIFA World Cup), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports. Bandar bola (football bookmaker) services include Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, 1X2, correct score, and mix parlay accumulator bets. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet slip is confirmed, the odds are locked.
8.3 Live / In-Play Betting. Live betting markets are offered on selected events. Due to the dynamic nature of live events, aa66 reserves the right to suspend a market or void in-play bets where a result was already determined at the time the bet was placed, or where there is reasonable evidence of data feed error.
8.4 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. aa66 publishes RTP information transparently within each game's information panel.
8.5 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted by the official operators of each respective market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau). aa66 publishes results immediately upon official confirmation. Results are final once published and no claim of error will be accepted after a 24-hour period from the time of result publication.
8.6 aa66 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to decimal errors, transposition errors, or incorrect event data — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Players will be notified of any void and the original stake returned to their Account balance.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on aa66 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
10.1 All content on the aa66 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of aa66 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the platform's content without aa66's prior written consent.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of aa66's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
11.1 aa66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 aa66 may share your personal data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud-prevention services, and regulatory authorities as required by law. aa66 will not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.
11.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data, subject to aa66's legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected].

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aa66 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
13.2 aa66's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 aa66 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your device.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
14.1 aa66 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering, KYC failure, regulatory requirement, or at the User's own request.
14.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held in accordance with aa66's AML obligations. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the balance will be released or returned to the User's verified payment account.
14.3 Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, aa66 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14.4 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment account within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
15.1 aa66 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, aa66 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Users via email notification or a prominent platform announcement.
15.2 Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or changes required immediately for regulatory compliance — may take effect without advance notice.
15.3 The current version of these Terms, including the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, is always the governing version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which aa66 is licensed and incorporated.
16.2 aa66 operates internationally and holds licences from internationally recognised gaming regulatory bodies. Details of aa66's current licensing jurisdiction are available upon request by contacting customer support.
16.3 Any dispute arising between you and aa66 that cannot be resolved through customer support escalation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's designated dispute resolution body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
16.4 Nothing in this clause limits aa66's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
